zgw5 series high voltage dc disconnector is widely used in low voltage side of dc field in dc convertor station. it is mainly applied in neutral busbar, low voltage end of dc filter, earthing electrode lead and other equipment. in closing position, it can undertake current in normal circuit condition and that in abnormal condition during stipulated time. in opening position, it can provide insulation clearance meeting requirements and obvious breaking signals for electric reactor, dc transfer switch and mutual inductor and other equipment. this product adopts two column horizontal starting single breaking structure and is independently developed by our company and owns total intellectual property. it mainly consists of pedestal assembly, insulator, conductive system and operation mechanism. each unit of disconnector utilizes cj11a electrical operation mechanism to carry out closing and opening operation.

1.zgw5 series products adopts two column horizontal starting single breaking structure and is independently developed by our company. we possess the entire intellectual property.
2.the rated insulation level can meet the requirements in altitude 2000m and satisfy the insulation requirements of dc disconnector and earthing switch in current dc transmission project.
3. its rated current is large, mechanical endurance is long and technical performance is stable and reliable.
4.the contact adopts plate-type structure of external pressing plate-spring. insulation mat is installed between plate spring and contact finger, which has avoided the invalidation problem caused by heating due to long-term current of spring. the fixed assembly structure is selected between contact finger and its seat to increase the reliability in conductive contact surface. the equipped earthing switch adopts straight structure, whose layout method is vertical to disconnector. its structure is simple and performance is reliable.
